I was extremely worried about my situation when I had my phone appointment with Dr Moore who referred me for a face to face appointment with Dr Owen, and she had already made me feel so much calmer within the first few minutes. She was extremely thorough, and really made sure to explore all avenues. Both of these doctors have truly made me feel listened to and I have now been referred for blood tests that previously I had not been offered in my old practice. Thank you both!

I saw Dr Neave for a minor event which I was unsure was serious enough to bother my doctor with in a face to face contact. I felt a bit of a time waster. She listened, and did a test. She referred me to a cardiologist. As a result of her tests and actions, a heart problem has been identified, which is now being dealt with at the heart clinic. She listened, she cared, and her expertise, even a gut feeling has made sure I get the right treatment. So thank you.

Thank you for the brilliant service - I was contacted quickly following my econsult and kept up to date via texts. The telephone appointment was made by a lovely lady at reception for an specific time (meaning I could plan my working day around my appointment). I was called exactly on time by Dr Mowbray who was really kind understanding and took a thorough history and gave brilliant relevant advice.
