Mrs Ratcliffe has gone beyond what I imagine is expected for a teacher/tutor. She has shown such love and care for my son and made herself available via email to offer support whenever we needed it. She bought a book he would like to reward/motivate him to keep going during lockdown. She hand delivered a bag of sweets to all her pupils too, just to show she cared. We're incredibly grateful to have such a thoughtful, down to earth teacher for our son.

The whole of the year 7 team have been fantastic. The students have not had a normal year and starting High School is a big deal!
