She assisted me through parenting support, applying for schools, discussing my financial situation and possible move out of the area and the implications this might have on my family. As a single parent, she provided emotional and financial advice. She talked me through the EHC Plan process and supports me with any questions I might have. A review meeting helped recently and my son is doing really well. I can't say enough and what a huge support Amanda has been to my family".

Tracey, thank you so much for your work with Donna. Your hard work has led to us being able to help her clear her gas and electricity debts, getting stuck in with painting and cleaning her new home. This has meant she can now move into a property, she was at risk of losing. Amazing work! I am so pleased, as last week the payments didn't pay off all the outstanding debt left like she thought it would. It left a very small amount needing to be paid off and she has done it. So heading there on Friday, to help finish off what needs to be done ?
