Huge thank you for looking after our families prescriptions, ordering them, getting them out to us/ready for collection. You always greet us with a huge smile and warmth. Nothing is ever a bother. Although Covid has meant it's been difficult to get through to my usual Doctor and to get the care to flow, as each Doctor has a slightly different approach. You've been a rock through it all and you never seem to treat us as a number. Thank you for your care and patience.
