Yesterday Donna completed some senior training with myself and the other seniors at ARF. Although I have been in post for a year and half it was really helpful and I left feeling positive about my job role. It was nice to talk about things within the job role we don't get chance to talk about on a daily basis. I left feeling reassured and valued. Donna is always really reassuring and will help in anyway possible. Thank you Donna for always thinking of ways we can improve and support our wonderful tenants in the best way possible.
