A few times I’ve had to order repeat medication as a matter of urgency - my fault that I was late in placing the order because two medications need to be ordered a week between each other, but the member of staff was very helpful and understanding. I’ve always managed to get the order extremely quickly, delivered by Vigo Pharmacy.

This morning I rang as my little boy had ear ache, an appointment was made for him straight away to be seen. While we were sitting in the waiting room the staff saw and heard how upset my little boy was and went to see if the nurse was ready to see him. Thank you nurse I was extremely grateful as he suffers from febrile convulsions so if it was left could have been a lot worse, especially over a weekend
