I just wanted to inform you all of the amazing job Eden has done with a client's return home from the hospital. She has given the NOK all the correct information regarding concerns over sores and creams, and has been very supportive of the client and NOK. I am very appreciative of Edens support in this call as there wasn't anything that I needed to inform NOK much as Eden had professionally done this. Eden has been very calm dealing with this situation and has been offering support to other staff and seeking guidance from myself on what to do going forward. I just wanted to Let you all know this, Eden needed a shout-out for the amazing work she has been doing!
