And I appreciated it very much as I was really worried and the problem had gone on for some weeks. You were honest professional and very kind. I have had an appointment twice over the phone with Dr Brooke for 2 different things. She listens to me and explains things thoroughly so I am clear on everything. She doesn't rush the appointment and I can ask questions and I get clear replies back. I have never met her in person but I have felt at ease having consultations with her over the phone .
