She did everything she could for Madonna and now she is in the golden book every week at school. She's helped me with Christmas, food, getting Madonna to the dentist when she needed to go and I am just so grateful. Because I am from the traveller community, I didn't really understand the education system and she helped me understand. She got counselling for Madonna and set up 1:1s with her. My partner passed away in a car crash but because he was a black man, my family didn't approve of him and I had to move away. Tracey really helped me with everything.
