A few times I’ve had to order repeat medication as a matter of urgency - my fault that I was late in placing the order because two medications need to be ordered a week between each other, but the member of staff was very helpful and understanding. I’ve always managed to get the order extremely quickly, delivered by Vigo Pharmacy.

I had such a wonderfully refreshing appointment with Dr Carron today. Having multiple diagnoses means it can be tricky to deal with issues in a short GP appointment but at no point did Dr Carron make me feel rushed or dismissed; she listened, advised and treated me with dignity and compassion. She clearly has a quick ability to read someone and dealt with me in a way fitting to my needs, with no hint of patronising or admonishing; things that I often expect to encounter. Thank you so much!

During a holiday in South Africa, my husband was ill and admitted to hospital. The scan/xrays were provided and I telephoned to ask for help. Claire, listened and put me at ease explaining what and how to do the next steps and when to contact the surgery. I took her advice and we had an appointment for the day after we arrived home. With my ongoing complex health issues, Dr Hamilton-Grey always listens with empathy and is incredibly supportive. I honestly can’t thank her enough for giving me the time and patience she does. I do feel that currently, the medical professionals don’t get enough thanks, and credit where credit is due, I would be lost without her help! I also think the front and back office reception staff should also be thanked. They have always been patient and helpful when I needed them. The Adams Practice and those mentioned in particular deserve some positive feedback.

The whole surgery have been amazing the past year whilst dealing with end of life care for my husband and supporting me ever since. I don't think I could have asked for more.
Dr Poon, Dr Manju and Debbie all went of their way to help us through out but the rest of the practise were great too. I don't know how I would have got through things with out them.
With everything surrounding the nhs issues, upton is A surgery team to be proud of.

I would like to thank you so much for spending your valuable time today to listen to me going on about my life and feelings and then coming up with a lot of simple but clever and meaningful ideas for me to work with to help to improve my mental issues that I am troubled with.
Your support and encouragement to what I have the power to do that are in some of the issues were so simple to solve that I was blinded to the solutions as perhaps I was worrying so much that I couldn’t see what you lit up for me to see.
The time that we spent talking was so eye opening to a majority of my problems that it now isn’t a problem anymore but a small solvable issue to fix and move on.
I would 100% recommend if you have issues that is mentally holding your head under water and you are offered a chance to speak to Gail grab that opportunity with both hands.
She is the most caring easy to speak to non judgmental and encouraging person I have had the opportunity to speak to.

Visited this morning for a blood test. So lucky to see nurse Anita. I usually try to avoid blood tests due to tiny veins and phlebotomists who can’t draw any blood. Anita is one of the very few who actually got a vein first time! She deserves a big thank you!
